Judicial Behavior
December 2022
This course provides students with a unique opportunity to engage with studies that focus on the choices judges make—and to meet scholars producing the studies. In my view, a realistic understanding of judicial behavior, which conventional legal instruction does not usually convey, is essential to the understanding and practice of law.
•The course will meet on:
Monday, December 12, from 9:30-12:15
Tuesday, December 13, from 14:30-16:15
Sunday, December 18, from 9:30-12:15
•In addition, you are required to attend at least two sessions of a conference on Comparative Judicial Behavior, to be held at the Hebrew University, December 14 and December 15.
