Spring Quarter 2019

Co-taught by Professor Lee Epstein and Mr. Adam Liptak (Supreme Court correspondent of the New York Times), this course will examine the contemporary Supreme Court. Topics include the Court's membership, its procedures for selecting cases for review, the role of lawyers and law clerks, decision making, and doctrinal developments in several areas of the law.
