Co-taught by Prof. Lee Epstein and Mr. Adam Liptak (Supreme Court correspondent of the New York Times), this course will examine the contemporary U.S. Supreme Court. Topics include: appointing justices, lawyering, decision making, and doctrinal developments in several areas of the law.
