The Modern U.S. Supreme Court

Co-taught by Prof. Lee Epstein and Mr. Adam Liptak (Supreme Court correspondent of the New York Times), this course examines the modern U.S. Supreme Court. Topics include the Court's membership; its procedures for selecting cases for review; the role of lawyers, law clerks, and journalists; and doctrinal developments in several areas of the law.
