Grading
I’ll base your grades on class attendance/participation and an open-book, take-home exam.
The exam will consist of three questions:
Appointing Justices
Selecting Cases
Deciding Cases
You will select one question and respond with an answer no longer than 5 pages (including references), double spaced with 1-inch margins, using 12-point Times New Roman font. You will receive the exam on May 28, 2022 (the first day of the exam period). You must complete and return the exam by June 13, 2022 (the last day of the exam period).
If these rules present problems, please contact Prof. Epstein at least one day prior to distribution of the exam. Otherwise, you will not receive credit for an exam that violates these rules.
